Return & Refund Policy
At Legends Lost, we stand by our gear. If something isn't quite right, you have 30 days after delivery to request a return.
To keep things fair, we ask that returned items are in the same condition you received them—unworn, unused, and still in the original packaging. Just reach out to us at info@legendslostseries.com with your proof of purchase to get the ball rolling. Please note that returns will need to be sent to the following address: 18 NW Harbour Branch Rd, Richardson, NB E5V 1R9 at customer’s expense.
If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Digital Events Refunds
All refunds are issued in the original currency and credited to the payment method used at checkout. Please note that while we return the full purchase price, original credit card processing fees are non-refundable.
Need to change your plans? You can cancel your booking and receive a full refund up to one hour before the event begins.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
